The Site is dedicated to the dermatology professionals and is exclusively accessible to those dermatology professionals who have been first authorized by VICHY to use and navigate across the Site by giving an ID and the necessary access codes (hereinafter referred to as the "Users").
Please read the following terms of use carefully before accessing to and using the Site. The use of the Site is worth acceptance of these terms. Users having access to and navigating across the Site hereby agree to abide by and comply with the conditions of use as defined hereinafter:

The Site is a creation of the mind protected under the Intellectual Property Law. VICHY is the owner of all the property rights, including Intellectual Property, applying to the Site and its components.

a.Utilization of Site content
VICHY shall endeavor to update Site content and provide Users with correct information. Nevertheless, Users are aware of the fact that the technical reliability of the transmission of data and information on the Internet is not flaw-proof, as the said data and information circulate on networks which by nature are very diverse. Consequently, VICHY cannot guarantee the exactitude of data given on the Site.
The hypertext links included in the Site may lead Users to the Internet sites of the company's various partners. VICHY will place a cookie (alphanumeric identifier) in the computer of the User that helps identify the latter.

This Site allows for the exchange of advice exclusively between professionals having the same specialization. VICHY cannot certify the accuracy, the precision or the exhaustiveness of the advices exchanged on the Site. Besides, VICHY and/or the doctors participating to the Site shall not be bound by an obligation of result or an obligation of best efforts as regards to the aforementioned advice. They shall not make any warrantee, express or implied, and shall not be liable for the use of these advises. Finally, any advice given relating to the use of a VICHY product shall not prevail over the directions of use of this product. The liability of VICHY shall not be raised in the event of the use of products that do not comply with their directions for use.
Any utilization of the Site that fails to comply with the original spirit thereof and any violation of the requirements given herein shall lead to penal and civil sanctions as provided for under the French law.
